You can CONTROL YOUR ANGER,
 and choose not to have anger control you.

In a group setting, you will learn ...

  • How to recognize anger.
  • How to deal with anger effectively and appropriately.
  • Effective uses of anger.
  • Purpose of anger.
  • Value and needs.
  • Problem solving.
When:  Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:30 PM in Concord

Cost: $20. per 12 week session

12 week program. A certificate is given after completion of the course.
