How does one get help? |
| The counseling process begins with a phone call. After discussing your
problem with our intake specialist, you will be assigned a therapist who matches
your needs. |

What does it cost?
|
| Fees vary according to service, income and number of family members. Low- and
moderate-income Concord and Walnut Creek residents may qualify for reduced fee or free
counseling. We accept most Victim Witness, Contra Costa Health Plan &
Contra Costa Mental Health Plan. |

Who will know if I am involved in counseling? |
|
We maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. We abide by all state laws
and strive to ensure that our work with you remains secure. Therefore, your call
to us, your relationship with us, or any information you share with a therapist
is never given to anyone without your written consent.
