We offer a goal-oriented, problem-solving approach that helps you and your family find realistic solutions to the daily problems that can make life difficult.
All therapists are trained to work with abused children and adults who experienced child abuse or are currently victims of violence. Therapy is also provided for other family members.
Our services are directed by Gail Werblin, LMFT. Our team of licensed therapists and interns work with individuals and families to design therapy sessions with a variety of treatment options including: Family Counseling, Couples Counseling, Adolescent Counseling, Individual Counseling, Play Therapy, and Anger Management Groups

How does one get help?

The counseling process begins with a phone call. After discussing your problem with our intake specialist, you will be assigned a therapist who matches your needs.

What does it cost?

Fees vary according to service, income and number of family members. Low- and moderate-income Concord and Walnut Creek residents may qualify for reduced fee or free counseling. We accept most  Victim Witness, Contra Costa Health Plan & Contra Costa Mental Health Plan.

Who will know if I am involved in counseling?

We maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. We abide by all state laws and strive to ensure that our work with you remains secure. Therefore, your call to us, your relationship with us, or any information you share with a therapist is never given to anyone without your written consent.
